Everyday washing

Wash by hand with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Avoid steel wool and abrasive powders, which can scratch any glaze.

Temperature

Ceramics dislike sudden changes. Warm a cold cup with a little hot water before filling it, and do not take a cup straight from the freezer to a hot drink.

Storing

Keep cups upright on a shelf, or hang them by the handle. If you stack them, place a soft cloth or paper between each one so the rims and the drawings are not rubbed.

Handling

Hold the cup by the body and the handle together. A ceramic handle carries the weight of a full cup well, but not a knock.

Dishwasher and microwave

We have not yet published dishwasher and microwave guidance because we want to confirm it first. Until it appears here, please wash by hand and avoid the microwave. If you need to know sooner, write to us.

If a cup arrives damaged

Write to us with your order reference and a photo of the cup and the packaging. We will replace it or refund you. See Shipping & returns.

일상 세척

부드러운 스펀지와 순한 주방세제로 손세척해 주세요. 철수세미나 연마제는 어떤 유약도 긁을 수 있으니 피해 주세요.

온도

도자기는 급격한 온도 변화를 싫어합니다. 차가운 컵에는 먼저 따뜻한 물을 조금 부어 데운 뒤 음료를 담아 주세요. 냉동실에서 꺼낸 컵에 곧바로 뜨거운 음료를 붓지 마세요.

보관

컵은 선반에 바르게 세워 두시거나 손잡이에 걸어 보관해 주세요. 겹쳐 두실 때는 입구와 그림이 쓸리지 않도록 컵 사이에 부드러운 천이나 종이를 끼워 주세요.

다룰 때

컵의 몸통과 손잡이를 함께 잡아 주세요. 도자기 손잡이는 음료가 가득 찬 컵의 무게는 잘 견디지만 부딪힘에는 약합니다.

식기세척기와 전자레인지 사용 가이드는 먼저 확인이 필요해 아직 게시하지 않았습니다. 이곳에 안내가 올라오기 전까지는 손세척을 권하며 전자레인지 사용은 피해 주세요. 더 빨리 알고 싶으시면 문의해 주세요.
