이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 (이하 "회사")가 운영하는 온라인 쇼핑몰 ONDO Studio(, 이하 "몰")에서 제공하는 서비스를 이용함에 있어 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

1. "이용자"란 몰에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 모든 사람을 말합니다.
2. "회원"이란 이메일 또는 카카오·구글 계정으로 계정을 만든 이용자를 말합니다.
3. "상품"이란 회사가 몰을 통해 판매하는 도자기 제품 및 세트를 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 게시와 개정)

1. 회사는 이 약관의 내용을 이용자가 쉽게 알 수 있도록 몰의 푸터 및 별도 페이지에 게시합니다.
2. 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 적용일자와 사유를 적용일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 몰에 공지합니다.

제4조 (서비스의 내용)

회사는 다음 서비스를 제공합니다: ① 상품 정보 제공 ② 장바구니 및 주문 ③ 주문 내역 조회 ④ 배송 및 고객 응대 ⑤ 기타 회사가 정하는 서비스.

제5조 (계정)

1. 상품 주문은 로그인한 회원만 할 수 있습니다. 회원은 정확한 정보를 사용해야 하며, 타인의 정보를 도용해서는 안 됩니다.
2. 회원은 자신의 계정과 비밀번호를 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
3. 회원은 언제든지 몰의 '내 계정'에서 계정 삭제를 요청하거나 이메일로 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 거래 기록은 해당 기간 동안 보관됩니다.

제6조 (상품 정보와 가격)

1. 상품의 가격은 미국 달러(USD)로 표시됩니다.
2. 화면에 보이는 색상은 이용자의 기기 설정에 따라 다를 수 있으며, 도자기의 특성상 크기·색감·문양 위치에 미세한 차이가 있을 수 있습니다.
3. 가격 표시의 명백한 오류가 있는 경우 회사는 이용자에게 알리고 주문을 취소할 수 있으며, 이미 결제된 경우 전액 환불합니다.

제7조 (주문과 계약의 성립)

1. 이용자가 몰에서 주문 내용을 확인하고 결제를 완료하면 주문이 접수됩니다.
2. 재고 부족, 가격 오류, 결제 확인 불가 등의 사유가 있는 경우 회사는 주문을 승낙하지 않거나 취소할 수 있으며, 이 경우 결제 금액을 환불합니다.

제8조 (결제)

1. 결제는 PayPal을 통해 진행됩니다. 카드 정보 등 결제 정보는 PayPal이 처리하며 회사는 이를 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
2. 환율, 해외 결제 수수료 등은 PayPal 및 결제 수단 발급사의 정책에 따릅니다.
3. 원화(KRW) 결제를 원하시는 경우 이메일() 또는 인스타그램으로 문의해 주세요.

제9조 (배송)

배송 지역, 소요 시간, 배송비 등은 배송 및 반품 안내에 따릅니다.

제10조 (청약철회, 교환·반품 및 환불)

1. 이용자는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 상품을 공급받은 날부터 7일 이내에 청약철회를 할 수 있습니다. 다만 법령이 정한 예외(예: 이용자의 책임 있는 사유로 상품이 멸실·훼손된 경우, 사용으로 상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우, 사전에 고지한 주문제작 상품 등)에는 제한될 수 있습니다.
2. 상품이 표시·광고와 다르거나 계약 내용과 다르게 이행된 경우, 상품을 공급받은 날부터 3개월 이내 또는 그 사실을 안 날(알 수 있었던 날)부터 30일 이내에 교환·반품을 요청할 수 있습니다.
3. 환불은 반환된 상품을 회사가 받은 날부터 3영업일 이내에 원래 결제 수단(PayPal)으로 진행합니다.
4. 자세한 절차는 배송 및 반품 안내를 따릅니다.

제11조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 법령, 이 약관, 회사의 공지사항을 준수해야 하며, 몰의 운영을 방해하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

제12조 (지식재산권)

몰에 게시된 디자인, 이미지, 문구, 로고(ONDO 인장) 등 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 회사의 사전 서면 동의 없이 복제·배포·상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

제13조 (면책)

회사는 천재지변, 통신·결제 서비스 장애 등 회사의 통제 범위를 벗어난 사유로 인한 서비스 중단·지연에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이는 회사의 고의 또는 과실로 인한 책임을 면제하지 않습니다.

제14조 (개인정보 보호)

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보호합니다.

제15조 (분쟁 해결 및 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 회사와 이용자 사이에 분쟁이 발생한 경우 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에 제소합니다. 문의:

These terms govern your use of the online shop ONDO Studio (, the "Shop") operated by ("we", "us"). By using the Shop you agree to them.

2. Definitions

• User — anyone who visits or uses the Shop.
• Member — a user who has created an account with an email address or a Kakao or Google account.
• Products — the ceramic pieces and sets we sell through the Shop.

3. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms within the limits of applicable law. We will announce changes on the Shop at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you).

4. Our services

Product information, cart and ordering, order history, delivery and customer support.

5. Your account

• Orders can only be placed by signed-in members. Please use accurate information and never use someone else's.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.
• You may delete your account at any time from "Your account" in the Shop, or by emailing us. Transaction records that we are required by law to keep are retained for the legally required period.

6. Product information and prices

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
• Colors on screen vary with your display. Because these are ceramic pieces, small differences in size, color and the placement of the artwork are normal.
• If a price is clearly wrong, we may tell you and cancel the order. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

7. Orders and contract

• Your order is received when you review it and complete payment.
• If a piece is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we cannot confirm your payment, we may decline or cancel the order and refund what you paid.

8. Payment

• Payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal handles your card and payment details; we do not collect or store them.
• Exchange rates and cross-border fees follow PayPal's and your card issuer's policies.

9. Delivery

10. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

• Under the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, you may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days of receiving the product. This right is limited in the cases the law provides — for example, damage caused by the customer, a significant loss of value through use, or made-to-order products clearly identified before purchase.
• If a product differs from how it was presented, or was not delivered as agreed, you may ask for an exchange or return within 3 months of receipt, or within 30 days of when you knew or could have known.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method (PayPal) within 3 business days after we receive the returned product.

11. User conduct

Please follow the law, these terms and our notices. Do not disrupt the Shop or infringe the rights of others.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Shop — designs, images, text and the ONDO seal — belongs to us. You may not copy, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or failures of communication or payment services. This does not limit liability for our own intent or negligence.

We protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Disputes and jurisdiction
